To reinforce this commitment and ensure compliance, annual policy reviews and training sessions are conducted, ensuring that every individual within the organisation understands our standard.
As a global organisation, we require all team members to adhere to the laws of their local jurisdictions, at a minimum. Our Global Operations team implement comprehensive risk management processes, policies, and procedures which outline clear expectations regarding ethical and compliant behaviour across the countries we operate in.
Our anti-bribery and corruption policy and procedures are reinforced by comprehensive training and awareness programs worldwide. It’s mandatory for all individuals to undergo annual refresher training.
Whistleblowing
If any colleagues have concerns about our standards not being upheld, we urge them to utilise our confidential and independent whistleblowing hotline. This hotline is available to all employees, ensuring confidentiality, and is accessible at any time, day or night. Employee grievances are addressed through our company’s grievance process, overseen by the HR team. Matters deemed serious are investigated at a senior level by an independent party.

Human Rights
Our respect for human rights is core to the sustainable success of our business.
Our company’s human rights policy and framework are based on the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. We recognise our responsibility as a business to ensure that we do not contribute to human rights violations. This extends to our services, our relationships with customers and suppliers, and how we treat our colleagues.
Our risk assessment and mitigation processes are crucial components of this framework. They are integrated into key business policies and processes, such as our Ethics Codes, Human Trafficking Policy, and labour standards.
We encourage our employees to use our confidential whistleblowing hotline if they have any concerns about human rights violations within our business, supply chain, or clients’ sites.
