If any colleagues have concerns about our standards not being upheld, we urge them to utilise our confidential and independent whistleblowing hotline. This hotline is available to all employees, ensuring confidentiality, and is accessible at any time, day or night. Employee grievances are addressed through our company’s grievance process, overseen by the HR team. Matters deemed serious are investigated at a senior level by an independent party.
